As the founder of RMZ Construction Ltd., Rohan provides project management and estimating consulting from Medicine Hat, Alberta.
Since 2020, he has specialized in overseeing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), exterior rainscreen facades, and doors, windows, and storefront packages from conception through completion. His prior career across North America includes chief estimating, construction project management, and end-to-end coordination - with deep experience in bid support, on-screen quantity takeoffs, budgeting, and Microsoft Project scheduling.

Previous Projects

Before founding RMZ Construction Ltd., Rohan spent a decade delivering projects across Virginia and Texas. At Oxford Builders in Houston, he progressed from estimator to chief estimator and construction project manager - leading detailed cost estimation, on-screen quantity takeoffs, budgeting, and resource allocation across concurrent work in Microsoft Project.

At Stone-Tec in Garland, he managed engagements start to finish and defined scope to client requirements. Earlier, at TAJ Construction in Fredericksburg, he supported bid walks and proposals for estimating and built schedules that kept work moving. That foundation in estimating, pre-construction, and field coordination shapes how he advises clients today.
